The house sleeps maximum 16 people - (including sofa beds) - please refer to the floor plans available in the Gallery for bedding configuration.
More beds are available on request as a fifth bedroom (20m2) can be offered.
Bedroom Descriptions:
Master bedroom retreat #1: King Size bed and one large day bed
Master bedroom retreat #2: 1 Queen Size bed and one King size fold out sofa-bed
Bedroom #3: 1 Queen Size bed
Bedroom #4: 1 Queen Size bed plus a double bed with single bed on top (bunk)
Bedroom #5 (on request): Extra beds available in different configurations upon request
Downstairs lounge has a queen size fold out sofa (movable) in addition to the corner lounge
(All bedrooms have ocean views except bedroom five)
Other features include:
Austar cable TV, telephone for local calls, weekly cleaning plus a mid week clean. Fully self-contained house.

Last minute rates apply during all seasons, from 14 days prior to booking dates.
Last minute rates can only be booked with owner. Payment due on confirmation. Payment by Paypal.

Last minute bookings are subject to availability and the discount is 25% on standard rates with one weekly cleaning service.
SMOKING POLICY
The house has a no smoking policy for all internal areas.
IMPORTANT: LINEN
Linen hire is excluded in the above rates. You can bring your own, or order it from the booking office (GQholidays); to be either supplied only, or supplied and fitted, all according to your request. Hire is $15 single, plus $5 fitting. $26 double, queen, king, plus $10 fitting.
CLEANING
The house is cleaned prior to arrival, and on departure. Further the house is cleaned midweek and end of week during longer stays.
